Masterminding to take your career to the next level

Have you ever felt alone in your business? Have you ever wanted to find answers to certain questions, but were not quite sure who to turn to or even want to ask in fear of looking unintelligent? Chances are that if you have questions about something, others have dealt with the same challenge. Wouldn’t it be nice to learn how other’s worked through them? This, my friends, is called masterminding. While the term mastermind is only about one hundred years old, people have been masterminding long before that.

Most business leaders understand the power of masterminding and participate in some form of it regularly. Napoleon Hill, best-selling author of Think and Grow Rich, defines masterminding as “An alliance of two or more minds blended in a spirit of perfect harmony and cooperating for the attainment of a definite purpose.” We are all looking for ways to improve our businesses and our lives and working together to accomplish this goal will allow us to achieve what sometimes seems impossible.

Bringing like-minded and goal-oriented people together to help one another reach their goals is an extremely powerful tool and one in which over 80% of entrepreneurs understand the importance of. Think about some of the biggest challenges you face in your business. I guarantee that your peers have dealt with these issues in the past and quite possibly come up with creative ways to persevere. Wouldn’t you like to know their “secrets”? I am sure you have your own “tricks of the trade” that others would benefit from as well.

Women that Win is proud to offer our very own MastHERmind Teams! By joining a MastHERmind team you are declaring your commitment to achieving your goals and creating the life in which you dream of living.
